Michael Stone, CEO
Michael progressed from Head of New Homes at Greene & Co to become Director at one of UK’s biggest estate agencies, Countrywide, where he built a team of experts in the new homes field. Michael has overseen the delivery of over 200 new home developments to the market and in 2015 was awarded Best New Homes Agency by the Sunday Times Newspaper. His innovative and hands-on approach to the delivery and sales of new homes has won him acclaim from some of the biggest house builders in the UK.
Michael has also always looked to deliver expert advice to developer clients, covering everything from the beginning of the development journey right through to the very last completion. He created Stone Real Estate in 2017 and has built the whole business on this approach.
Graeme Grossman, Head of Residential Development and Consultancy
Graeme heads our residential development team and has over twenty years’ experience in the property industry. Having started in a residential agency, with a period overseas selling land assets, Graeme understands the full lifecycle of residential development.
He works closely with our developers to help move their sites from concept to market; from assessing development opportunities by providing in-depth local market knowledge and pricing advice, to marketing the development to end purchasers.
Warren Leader, Development Director
Warren has over thirty years’ experience in identifying and acquiring new, off-market development opportunities in London and the South East, covering commercial, residential and mixed-use.
Warren is an all-round development advisor with deep expertise in asset management, and a focus on creating and crystalising value in both single-asset properties and portfolios consisting of multi-use asset classes.
Sam Edwards, Development Consultant
Sam is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and works with landowners and developers to maximise the value of residential development schemes across London.
He advises on everything from the acquisition of sites through development specification and residential pricing, to the marketing of new homes.
Sam’s specialisms include appraising planning opportunities, formulating development appraisals and cash flows, site identification and mapping, site assembly and phasing, and option and promotion agreements.
