Role: New Homes Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales Consultants within their team/region. The primary focus is to ensure their Sales Consultants achieve and exceed their individual and collective set sales targets.

The individual is expected to train and mentor their Sales Consultants on all topics related to the role of Sales Consultant. They also need to continually motivate and drive their team. They are not expected to do their own deals but train their team to be able to do their own individual deals, whilst guiding and supporting them when necessary.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Be data lead and driven with all team decisions
  • Coach team members to become the next team leaders
  • Shadow, mentor, listen in on, and train team members
  • Achieve set sales targets and other KPIs as outlined by your Sales Director
  • Be aware of your development reporting responsibilities and ensure they are completed on schedule
  • Be punctual as well as respectable in your appearance and behaviour with colleagues and clients
  • Collate all Saturday meeting/viewing feedback from your team and pass on to your sales director that same day
  • Conduct 1-to-1s with each team member at the beginning of each calendar month
  • Conduct morning meetings with your team with set agendas as agreed by the Sales Director
  • Conduct site and area visits with your team, or individual team members, to improve knowledge and expertise
  • Demonstrate advanced development and area knowledge of your region
  • Distribute all relevant leads and enquiries to your team
  • Help encourage a positive work environment that ensures high retention rates and loyalty to the company
  • Manage all relevant online portal development listings
  • Manage and ‘file chase’ your team’s deals to move the purchasers to the point of exchange
  • Motivate and drive their team to perform at their very best
  • Organise frequent team socials and create a ‘culture of reward’ with dedicated budget
  • Play an active role in the recruitment & staffing for your regional team
  • Regularly feedback team KPI performance to Sales Director during set Team Leader meetings
  • Report solely to your Sales Director
  • Set sales target for each individual team member
  • Set training requirements for each individual team member
  • Show proficient organisation and time-management skills
  • Show willingness to help all colleagues and be part of a positive office environment
  • Solely promote the interests and values of Stone Real Estate ahead of any competition
  • Stay informed of the property market and wider current affairs through newspapers, journals, online content and other information avenues
  • Support the Marketing Manager with all marketing collateral when requested

Our ideal candidate will have some previous property and sales experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and personal development. You will be a hard worker, with a can do, professional attitude.

The role is Monday – Saturday.
