Role: Marketing executive

This is a wide-ranging marketing executive role, which provides a fantastic opportunity to get broad-based marketing experience supporting a fast growth, newly merged business that is unique in the real estate industry.

The individual will provide effective marketing support to the business, creating internal and external marketing communications and supporting the rollout of a new brand and website.

Proactivity, an ability to create and edit copy, as well as skills in Adobe Indesign and social media, would be useful.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing and distributing marketing communications, including email marketing
  • Using InDesign to design and typeset collateral in line with brand guidelines
  • Supporting the creation of video and other materials as required
  • Creating and posting social media content across multiple channels and responding to comments and reporting on performance
  • Creating and adding new collateral to the website as necessary and proofreading and testing content
  • Delivering agreed marketing campaigns, including content creation and monitoring results
  • Completing any research required for business development such as target lists
  • Supporting administration of the CRM system, updating as necessary
  • Creating listings, monitoring performance and refining as required on Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Supporting the business with internal communications requirements such as creating posters, writing content for internal newsletters or drafting firm-wide messaging
  • Supporting charity initiatives and partnerships through internal and external communications
  • Creating appropriate materials to support the business development teams
  • Helping to organise and run events as required in the future, potentially including webinars
  • Support the production of design-led reports
  • Create presentations and other documents to support client facing team and provide support on them as required


What skills we are looking for:

  • Property industry or professional services experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Confidence and presence to deal with senior staff
  • Proactive and pragmatic
  • Adaptability within a small business
  • Organisation and planning
  • Adobe Indesign and photo/video editor skills ideally
  • Social media experience
  • Existing knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation useful
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills preferable


Salary: £30,000 p.a.
