Situated in Zone 2, Highbury's leafy streets give off a suburban and villagey vibe and its three parks Highbury Fields, Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are well used and revered by locals. Highbury & Islington tube station on the Victoria line is one of the fastest and most efficient on the tube network and there are mainline train services to the city and the ever popular Overground line to Stratford and Shoreditch. Independent shops rub shoulders with gastropubs but you can still buy all your essentials and get to know your corner shop, in fact foodies will be surprised at the volume of veggies and flowers available sourced from farms in the south east, delivered with a low carbon footprint. The number of sports and youth clubs means that a sense of community is present throughout the neighbourhood. Gunners fans are of course an easy distance from the iconic Emirates Stadium.
